"The Master Compass"

We as human beings have plans for our lives. I mean ...alot of plans. We plan every aspect of our lives. From the goals we wanna achieve in the next five or ten years ahead to the clothes we want to wear the next day. It's apart of our nature to plan for perfection. Even God himself planned for us mankind when he created the earth.

Planning prevents havoc from occurring in important life experiences. Like a road trip. We carry our necessities, entertainment devices and most importantly, a navigation system. And navigation systems vary which could be a GPS or a map and compass.

The most important part of planning a road trip is reaching the expected destination(s). 
But how can we reach our destination without directions? 

Often we forget that we need directions in our plans. Therefore we get lost in a journey called "life". We have our maps filled with goals, dreams and aspirations but often forget to turn to our "Master Compass" which is God the Father that sets the direction for everything in the universe. 

Straying away is apart of our nature as well. Jonah strayed away from the direction of God. He was mapped to go to Nineveh but he fled to Tarshish instead. But because of pride in the mindset of "knowing it all", God sent a storm and a whale to direct him where the "Master Compass" lead him to be.

We must and continue to plan our goals, dreams and aspirations in the future on our maps. But don't forget the "Master Compass". Follow the directions set on it so that you can reach the anticipated destinations in the journey called "life".
